Our Developer I

You are an entry level developer (e.g., you just finished an education in Computer Science or bring some basic development knowledge based on applied experience). You are mostly focused on learning and slowly start contributing to the project. You gradually embrace Elements’ way of working and find yourself more comfortable with it. You execute tasks and solutions with others’ help. You maintain a curious mindset and will to learn and absorb everything. You keep to your planning and start organizing your work.
